Finished!

Essentially my computer acts in the same way as before I used SDFix. It won't allow AVG to update or Spy Bot to install as it appears that it needs interner access in order to install. Any useful website (this one for example) will not connect but throughs up numerous windows for buy only spyware removal. So the Kaspersky and RSIT do not work.

Any ideas?
I'm considering a format and windows re-install but would rather not.

Can anyone help please?

If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine. If you have not done so, include a description of your problem, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:

* Please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Post the log from ComboFix when you've accomplished that, along with a new HijackThis log.

To be honest... If that was my computer (because yours is severly infected), I wouldn't even consider this and format and reinstall Windows right away. The main reason is, if you clean a severly infected computer manually (one with backdoors and rootkits present), even though you manage to clean the infections, there's NO WAY you can ever trust this computer again. It will stay compromised, no matter what - and errors may still appear afterwards as well. That's why the fastest and especially the safest solution is a format and reinstall.
Just my 2cts though.
