I am perplexed. I have cleared the koobface (bolivar.exe, tinyproxy.exe) and Virus Response 2009
(avrlabs.exe) and Trojan.Zlob, but am locked-up in normal mode. I can operate in safe mode, and my Zone Alarm security says I am spy-ware/virus free. Does anyone know what to do about the locking up in normal mode? I am unable to to restart my computer to an earlier time as the virus deleted the prior dates.

HELP! Is there anyplace I need to check on the hard drive that I haven't already? Do I need to strip my hard-drive and put everything back on again? I would like to avoid that option as I am a novice in that area. Thanks for any help anyone can shed on this dilemma.
