System Stability Message~Window File Protection

Hello To All~I ran the Disk Clean Up and received this message: Window File Protection..Files required to run Windows correctly have been replaced by an unrecognized version. To get system stability Windows must restore original version of files insert XP Prof CD2. I have no idea what to do and really need help! Thank you everone

Do you have a Microsoft XP CD?

If so, then you run SFC.
