That depends on the nature of the question.

What kind of computer question do you have? Does it concern keeping the computer secure? Do you think you have an infection? Do you have a question about your operating system, if so, what is the operating system? Do you have a question about specific kinds of programs (software), if so what kind of program? Do you have questions about the physical components of the computer (hardware)? Or?
