I used a "Windows Care" application to clean my disk today. It cleaned all of my log files and now I can only boot in safe mode. I also have no working recovery applications.

I do have raid.

Do I have any options outside of reformat?

Can you use 'Use last good configuration (your most recent settings that work)'? < It's on the menu where you select safe mode.
