This is a bit more complicated than it sounds. I assume you are able to log into Windows without the password. Are you the only user of this computer? Are you on a network? The instructions vary depending on that information.

I think this is a boot password which comes up just after POST. The only way to get rid of that is to clear the BIOS. Consult your motherboard manual on the best way to do that, or get back to us if you don't have access to one.
