I have a rootkit - dangerous to remove ?

Hi !
I did a scan with gmer that found this:
Library C:\Program (*** hidden *** ) @ C:\Program Files\COMODO\Firewall\cfp.exe [3812]
but since I did an update of Comodo, it doesn't find it anymore...

And a scan with AVG anti rootkit that found this:
C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/a5se3nup.SYS
Oddly, the end of the file changer afterwards, to become this:
C:\Windows\Sytem32\Drivers\a1v7evtc.SYS

I know removing a system file can be dangerous. Does somebody know what to do please?
