When I go to modify NTFS permissions on certain folders, I see these groups: "Everyone", "System", and "Interactive". Could someone please explain what those groups are or how to add users to those groups?

Why do the "Everyone", "System", and "Interactive" groups not appear in the "local users and groups" folder with all the other groups??

I've been sitting here all day trying to figure this out..........someone please.......a helping hand

The better question is, what are you wanting to do? What do you want to accomplish?

Those Groups, are special system Groups and best left alone if possible.
