I have a computer that was infected with Antivirus Pro2009. I removed the infection using Avira Antivirus rescue disk and then running Malware Bytes. The computer seems to be virus free now, but I am not able to make any internet connections. The nic card is working fine. I would be so grateful for any help. Thanks

Are you sure you're malware free? There's a DNS trojan out and about causing problems
If you use a router, disconnect from the internet, reset the router and give it a strong password
