Hello,

It seems that my pc is infected with a combination of spyware and trojan that I can't seem to get rid of. I can run Norton antivirus and yahoo!'s toolbar spyware app, but Spybot S&D, Hijack this, and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware all will either not run or not install. Certain domains are inaccessible with Firefox and IE such as symantec, safer-networking.org, and some google search results are redirected. I've tried running the apps in safe mode and they still won't run. I'm out of ideas and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried to rename the Malwarebytes Desktop icon to say Yates and see if we can fool the malware into letting it run??
