im trying to use a CAD CAM programme my dt teacher gave me called pro desktop 8, but when i try to extrude, it brings up an error, when i try to extrude again, it closes the programme, anyone know why?

Hi Samuel,

When you say extrude it, what do you mean? Extract?

Is it compatible with your PC. What operating system are you using?

How did you get this program? Was it a disc, download, flashdrive?

Is it a .zip file? Or a different extension - for instance, CAM.rar?

It was a disk from my dt teacher
When u make an object 3d
It is compatible, it works fine apart from extruding

You're o/s is Vista and yet your posting in the XP forums.

The Pro/Desktop 8 isn't compatible for Vista, As shown on their website
