I've read that you should not use two anti-virus or anti-spyware programs at the same time. Can SpywareBlaster be used with another anti-spyware program? Thanks

No problem at all - I use Spywareblaster, Spybot S&D, MalwareBytes Anti Malware, and the anti-spyware component in Zonelabs Security Suite, all at the same computer, without problems

If you run more than one on-access scanner at a time, you could get interference and slowdowns of your system.

Better I believe to use others for on-demand scans only.

spywareblaster is more about blocking undesirable website activity and is doing something quite different, so no problems with using that all the time.
