My connection has been very slow lately. I have cable internet but when I check my connection speed on McAfee.com it shows my speed to be just slightly better than dial-up. How do I determine if it's an issue with my computer or with my internet provider?

I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi aqfox,

I recommend calling your internet provider first and asking them if they can determine the cause. Then post back here whether that helped or not.
