Hi helpmepls,
Ok what are the details? Type of system?, operating system?, what kind of audio card? - onboard or plug-in? make and model? Is this a laptop? What does Device Manager say under 'Sound video and Game controllers' ? Do you have the drivers for your sound device available on a CD? Please describe the internal speakers, where do they plug in?
