Well I'm not really sure which topic my question should be put it. I had it posted in the Vista forums, but I think that this may be a hardware issue. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/183425/many-problems-wont-start-up-fan-strange-and-sometimes-bios-may-freeze/

Now as my HDD with my OS causes the problem well just makes it more annoying.
Now, I think it is Either a software fault (unlikely)
Compatibilty issue (unlikely as I have another of the HDD as another HDD)
or the Bios stuffing up
or Vista (Don't think so)
or the hard drive has a physical issue (damaged)
(Basically I don't think that it is one of these problems, but these are what I think the problem may be.

Thanks for all the help  :flowers:

I agree with using memtest. I would also go to the support site of the hard drive manufacturer and download their diagnostic utuility to check the hard drive
