am i still infected? scanned in safe mode already

Microsoft did a scan in safe mode, but my computer is still running slow. i cant figure it out. i have one care as my anti virus, and malware bytes. i've ran both and nothing is showing up, any suggs would be greatly appreated.

Please reboot your computer and update Malwarebytes. This time do a FULL scan and post the new log here

why won't my laptop work?

You log is clean. Are you just assuming it's infected because it's running slow? There are many variables that affect the system

yeah and some of my programs wont work at all. like my dital cam upload

plus, my internet closes on its own. i called my internet co and they said i need to down load another internet thing. other than windows internet explorer.
