Outlook 2003 won't open

I have a new laptop and when i first open Outlook I get the message MPI32.DLL other messaging software may be the problem - I have installed Office 2003 and want to use that but can't get past the error message.

Looking this up, MPI32dll turned up no results, but MAPI32dll did. So see if this helps:
