Alright, I am having a problem with Windows Live Messenger. When I start the program I get an error message, it's some problem with the script, and I have a yes or no option. Regardless of wha I press the program stays open but some of the features won't work. For instance, I can't press enter to send a message. There is a copy of the error message.

Can you please post the exact error message?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

This seems to point to an issue with IE, not so much messenger. Try these:

Delete temporary Internet files Vista

How to troubleshoot script errors in Internet Explorer 6 and in Internet Explorer 7

I just deleted all my temporary internet files and the problem is gone. the error was with MSN and not IE though, because it would popup upon only windows live messenger starting and it would inhibit most of its functions.
