I am a Systems Tech for a small company that has maybe 40 or 50 WinXP Desktops running Outlook 2003.

There has been two or three instances where individuals have sent out an email in Rich Text and the recipient will receive two instances of the same email in plain text and html.

I have searched for this type of phenomena on the Net and have not come up with any solution.

I have verified that both sender and recipient have only one instance of Outlook running and that they both have one account listed in Tools -> Email Accounts.

Any help would be appreciated.
