Computer recovered from a serious error?

Running Windows XP Home on a hp pavilion a340n.

Everytime I start the computer, I get an error message indicating that THE SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR.

The Log shows:
"BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : F8BCF33C BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : F8787EF7
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1 "

Techical Info shows:

Any idea what is going on???

You could try analysing that .dmp file to see if it gives any clues as to what the problem is.
