I have repeadedly contacted HP about this problem and they can not come up with a solution. I have also sent error reports to Microsoft to no avail. I hope someone can help. I have un-installed and re-installed the HP driver program so many times my hard drive is going to burn up!
Here's the problem. I re-install the driver program from the HP web-site. The C7280 then works for about 1 week, then the scanning problems start. I get an error messege: "HP CUE - Scanning Flow has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please send an error report to Microsoft to correct the problem"
HP says it is a Microsoft issue????
