Hi guys,

After around 10 minutes of loading up my laptop finally starts working but randomly throughout it being used it becomes really slow and after pressing CTL ALT DEL I notice that the svchost.exe keps using up to 99% of the resources.

When I end the process it speeds it up a little but it keeps happening - any ideas?

Also I also get a box that pops up saying LuCallbackProxy.exe Error - no idea why it does it.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Many thanks
