I built a computer a while back:

intel pentium 4A 2.66 mhz.
Mobo: intel D845 PESV

I had a Chaintech g-force 4 MX440 (AGP)

which recently went out.
Any suggestions as to what to replace it with? preferably as economical as practical.

There are a number of AGP cards you can choose from. The Radeon's require a power connection, the GeForce 6200 requires at least a 300 watt power supply.

PNY VCG62256AEB GeForce 6200 256MB $40
SAPPHIRE 100175L Radeon X1650PRO 512MB $62
SAPPHIRE 100238L Radeon HD 3650 512MB $80
POWERCOLOR AG3850 512MD3-P Radeon HD 3850 512MB $120
