Fake Firewall message- ISPY.ISPYNOW- Perfect Defender 2009

I am at my wits end at this point. I have been working on this for three entire days straight and it has made no difference. :)

I have Verizon high speed interent and Norton anivirus bu somehow I got a virus. My antivirus program found it and deleted it just fine but I am still getting this rediculous pop up that is IDENTICAL to the windows firewall pop up but it is fake. It says windows has blocked activity of harmful software. Then it says I have ISPY.ISPYNOW and that it is a high threat level and that it will steal my info, copy my keystrokes and do screen shots. The only options on the pop up box is enable protection and then a link on the bottom saying click here to download protection. Both of these links go directly to the PERFECT DEFENDER 2009 website where you can purchase the fake program to get rid of the fake virus for a steal at $50. There is no other links other than buy now. I have searched the interent and found out similar problems but no matter what i do, I can not get rid of it.
I have literally tried everything. I used spybot, malware bytes, highjack this, adaware, symantec adn now of these are showing up that I have a problem. I can't even remember what all I used at this point. My computer is running just fine and fast as it normally does but every ten minutes or so this box pops up and I am ready to go nuts. I tried to use the Kapersky scanner but it wouldn't work because it says my Java isn't there although it is and I downloaded it three different time. I am including the two logs as attachments from the RSIT. Please help! I am losing my mind over here.
