Name's Steve, and according to a friend of mine who works in info-tech, I'm what's referred to as a "problem user", that being a user who knows just enough about his computer to regularly do stupid things and put himself in bad situations.

I learned my lesson regarding BIOS alterations with my last computer, after I deep-fried my last processor with a homebrewed "overclock", then performed a hard-disk reformat when a faulty power supply led me to believe I'd accidentally damaged Windows. Just a long line of ridiculous things.

So, yeah... Just checkin' in, then.
