Backdoor.Tidserv!inf removal

Ok I have Windows XP with Norton 2009. I run scan and I get this virus. I have to remove manually. ( I thpught that was what Norton was supposed to do)
I have read a bunch of help forums , bu this one was one of the few that solved it for other users

THis is what I have done so far.

1) clicked system restore off
2) downloaded the malware program mbam
Ran it 3 times
First time it found all the Malware stuff. I removed them all by selecting all
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.30
Database version: 1433
Windows 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3

I ran ATF and it looks like it is G-O-N-E!!!

Check and see it it is in Nortons quarantine folder. It might be detecting it there
