OS Win XP Home. AMD Athlon 1600 256MB SDRAM Aspire 1302XC

Hello,

I'm new, and am still getting help getting spyware off my PC. Having tweaked and beefed up my setting and security, i now find i cannot access the MS update page on my laptop. All i get is a blank window with IE bottom left and 'done' to the right of the symbol.

I've not had problems before.

Its probably straightfroward. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Jazzymazzy

Hi jazzymazzy

Now that your problems have been cleaned up in the HiJack This forum, is this still an issue?

The hijack was on my PC, but i was having problems accessing the site on my laptop.

I've done made some adjustments to my settings, and can now access the site.

Grateful thanks,
