Picture Does not Appear

I opened up the following link and all I got was a small tiy rectangle in the upper left with a trianngle, ball an square ( as if there shoud be a picture) and than the screen went
blank. Am I missing a utility program to open this... I am using vista premium home edition. Below is the link

I have also tried to DL adobe flash player and am getting the same small sqaure... What am I missing

I had no problems. I believe it is a Flash problem. Just not sure why
