Let me be the first to say , This makes no sense.

You don't define what you mean by "Using the internet". This could mean any number of things. I suspect you mean, you're surfing the web with a browser.
That is not possible to my understanding, if you're not connected to a network.

I may regregt this, but what are you talking about?

If your computer/laptop picked up a random network and your surfing someone else's internet.

That's a problem.
