My Dell Inspiron B130 has freezing and running slow for the past week. In Windows Task Manager, explorer.exe is at 99 CPU and the Mem Usage climbs until it reaches maximum. Nothing is running while this happens. Also, while this is happening and I click Start, and then All Programs, it says (Empty).
I have run a virus scan (PC cillin), SpyBot, AdAware, and AntiVir and everything comes up clean. Please let me know if there is any other information I should post.
