Dear firend:
Hello. How are you doing recently? Some days ago, I came across a wonderful electronic company on the web and had a pleasant chat with the sales manager. He told me that they are planning to lower the prices greatly in order to adapt to the global economic crisis, so that they can expand their overseas market. And they are doing the sales promotion now for the coming Christmas! I have bought an iphone and a computer, and i am very satisfied with their items and services. If you have time, you can have a look. www.tvtcn.com

i did not go to the website. reply or anything; i just went on to the next 20ish message were from postmaster@mail.hotmail.com saying that an email i sent was unsuccesful (i have not sent an email for as long as i can remember-i wouldnt know how to). i also found all of my contacts on my msn instant messenger had been deleted. i typed my problem of contacts been deleted in google and got sent to pc review. i followed their instructions which included running hijack this. i posted my log to their forum before being sent a reply saying they no longer do 'HJT log files' and go over to bleeping computers.com who could help me, so here i am. if someone can help me out and advise me what to do next i would be very greatful. below is a copy of my hijack this log. thank you.

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and we are trying our best to keep up. Please note that your topic was not intentionally overlooked. Our mission is to help everyone in need, but sometimes it takes just a little longer to get to every request for help.

If you have since resolved the original problem you were having, we would appreciate you letting us know. If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine. If you have not done so, include a description of your problem, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Upon completing the steps below a staff member will review and take the steps necessary with you to get your machine back in working order clean and free of malware.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results, click no to the Optional_Scan
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet. Information on A/V control HERE

R,
K

Hello,

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from one of these places:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Ant...ware_d5756.html
http://www.besttechie.net/mbam/mbam-setup.exe

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Thanks,
tea
Please make a donation so I can keep helping people just like you.
Every little bit helps! :)
You can even use your credit card! Thank you!

Hello,

Is it still happening? What did they tell you to do over at the other forum besides HijackThis?

i have only had the one email but all my contacts on msn have been deleted and have not tried adding anyone since. the other forum told me to change my password on my email address and msn. i think what has happened is this chinese company got hold of my password to my hotmail and sent an email to all my contacts telling them they should check out their company but making it sound like i am recommending it to them so that they might go on there and get hacked or ripped off or whatever, and maybe they deleted all my contacts so i could not send an email to everyone explaining what had happened and not to go to the website. thanks

Hello,

Well I asked because both of those logs look clean. How is the system running?
