I have windows XP pro, MBAM, Norton and spybot.
Sunday night i got the virus: backdoor.tidserv!inf. i ran norton and i ran mbam. the virus came up needing to be removed manually which i was able to do in safemode. once i was done i restarted my computer normally and it would not start up fully. Windows loaded fully but when i logged in, it would no longer load up and i would get a blue screen. I then unplugged the internet, and restarted. Now it will load fully but i am unable to open up norton without being in safe mode AND i still can not connect to the internet, everytime i hook it up my computer crashes and i get the blue screen.
I ran norton in safe mode and it came up with nothing, i then ran mbam and it came up with 2 things which i fixed, i then ran it again and it came up clear.
I am still experiencing problems with the internet and norton
Can anyone help?
I am unable to post logs, i am now on my laptop as it is now the only pc i can access the internet.

oh and spybot will not run on a regular start up or in safe mode.
