Last Wed. my son (playing world of warcraft) said multiple online screens would open occasionally. I was unable to look at the computer till Saturday, by that time Windows was completely locked up and went to the blue screen saying there was a physical dump to save computer. Pc-Cillin was running at the time but I had not updated in a while. However it will not open in safe mode. I can also not go to an earlier restore point, they are all gone even though I did not turn off system restore.

I am not able to open in Windows normal mode at all, I can open in safe mode, but am not able to connect to the internet. I stupidly clicked on an item Antivirus 2009 and then later found out it was a bug. I've borrowed my moms laptop and downloaded several programs to try and rid my computer of the problems but it continues to persist.

I've run malwarebytes several times it continues to find trojan agent tdss every time I restart. I tried sdfix, it ran in safe mode but can never run in normal mode as the computer goes to blue screen to fast. I've run stinger, I've run clean up, I can't run spybot.

I do not know what else to do I'm a novice at the tech stuff. Any help would be appreciated. If I've not listed all the information needed I'm sorry.
