Hi, I have a toshiba laptop running on Windows Vista. It usually works fine but today I plugged in my iriver to download music onto and the computer froze. The iriver wasn't even turned on at that point though. So then we tried restarting it.. but instead of booting up, it went to a black screen with a blue box that said "Enter Password." We have no password for this computer. We unplugged the iriver to see if it would boot up and it wouldn't. We're stuck on this screen and we cant use the computer. Any ideas?!!

You can try the common default password admin-Admin-ADMIN

Other than that we cannot help you as it is a violation of forums rules
