Hey I was just wondering, my parents are chinese and they cant read English very well. I want to know if there is a program I can download that has chinese characters, like a skin onto my windows??

you can change the language in windows i think, not sure how. google it or something

It is possible to change the language interface for some versions of Windows OS.

Ya, I know I can get it in Chinese but is it possible to get it in both at the same time. like CHinese in brackets beside everything English or something. I use windows XP pro. Can I have log in names and for each log in name I can have one chinese and one English??

I can't find anything about simultaneous use of two languages with Win XP on
one screen.

The best I think you will find is to establish multiple user profiles, each in
a different language. Or set up a dual boot system on different drives.

Try giveing them a user acct. and have its settings for chinease, in that profile.

I vaugely remember some thing about a virtual keyboard for different languages in windows but cant find it right now.
