So it started about 3 weeks ago and my Antivirus software Trend Micro keeps popping up mbd232.exe as suspicious activity blocked every 10 minutes! It getting real annoying as it cuts off my typing when it pops up. I know nothing about this stuff. I looked up the file and tried to delete it but it said I did not have permission? I also have Webroot SpySweeper and in the quarantine is Virtumonde, rabio search enhancer and mirar webband. The mbd232.exe is part of Mirar webband? Thanks.
Here is the Hijack This File

(I have put a space between where the mbd232 file is)

Okay I did what you said. When I boot up it says "mbd232.exe" has failed to initiate properly, closing program. Then it says something like "AVA MIRAR DOWNLOADER" has stopped working.

Anyway here are the scan results and HJT log
