I am back to cleaning out my computer of some serious viruses my kids' or their friends downloaded. I seem to be successfully battling it so far, and am following the advice first in the Preparation Guide before posting a HiJack This log. I have had no problems with this computer at all until now and have used a forum similar to this to solve problems with my prior computer in 2005, which worked for a long time until a hardware failure.

So I'm expecting to post a hijack this log shortly.

thanks for all your help!!
