I just reformated my laptop and re-installed my Windows XP Home. On start up I had a full screen, but after it was completely booted up, it reduced itself to a smaller screen with a black border. I tried re-setting the display properties...screen resolution, color quality...and even tried the trouble shooting tab. I can't seem to get it to a full screen. I have rebooted it several times. Anyone have an idea?

Hello,

It sounds like your graphics drivers are not working correctly. They should need updating.
Regards,

Alan.

You need to install the latest video driver for your laptop from it's manufacturer.
