Hi, I need help. My laptop have no sound system suddenly.
When I start the computer, it prompted that it has found a new hardware and asked me to install it. But when i tried to install, it cannot be installed as it states that the neccessary software cannot be found.
Please help.

Thanks.

What is the exact make/model of your laptop? (example -I have a Dell Inspiron 1501)
With the information, we could send you a link to the appropriate software.

Did you purchase this in Singapore?
MSAK010ACP05 does not show up in any search on Toshiba's Asian website. It should have a name such as Satellite or Dynabook and then some numbers after the name. It should be on a sticker on the bottom

Here's the link:
http://pc.toshiba-asia.com/support/downloads/index.jsp
Just enter the information and it will take you to the correct page

Down towards the bottom of the page. You have 3 choices. I'm assuming the first one is the most recent

Try the first one. If it doesn't work, simply remove it. It will not damage anything

Hi, when I went into the link, I enter the correct information and there are the "show bulletins" and "show drivers" button. With either one, there are no 3 choices. Thats why I am really lost..

Hi - I have a laptop (Toshiba Sattelite A45-S1202) w/the same problem. It was bought in the US. Will that take the same driver(s) or will I need to find different drivers?
