 So here's the breakdown--I can use a working computer, but I can't do anything with a fussy one. I'm fairly certain my 6-year-old is going to surpass me in technological expertise in about a week, and I'd like to remain helpful to him for a couple more years or so. And if I can't get rid of this Anitispyware 2009 Pro crap soon, I'm chucking this thing out the window!

*contented sigh* I feel better now.
