My Laptop got infected by plenty virus namely the av2009 and other important viruses, but after completing all the procedures I wanted to post my ComboFix Log file....

Please do not post analytical files without a request.
My suggestion is to begin getting help by posting in the AM I INFECTED? Forum, providing details about what is wrong with your computer (there seems to be more than one virus), and what steps you have already taken to get rid of the malware. From there, you will be guided to the most helpful way to fix the problem.
