PC enters standby mode recurrently-Windows XP service pack 2

Lately my PC enters standby mode all the time...every few minutes(the time interval between two stanbys varies)..Please help!!!` :thumbsup:

Go to your Control Panel and click on Power Options, under Power Schemes (the first tab at the top) go down to System standby and see what it how many minutes it is set to turn off after. If this is too short choose another option, you can also turn it off.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Corrupt video drivers can also cause problems with hibernation/standby
