command and conquer mouse issue in wine

hey, so i have command and conquer first decade installed in wine for ubuntu 8.10 and it works just fine, except for i cannot see the mouse cursor while im loading and/or playing the game. i was just wondering if there was anyone who could help me with this, i tried the wine forums but nobody there knows jack. anyway thank you

Try wine-1.1.9, it may have a partial fix for the cursor problem.
