Please could someone possibly help me. I tend to loose my internet everytime I log in after 10 minutes and get "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I ran a hijack this log and I think the error is linked to the following:

023 - Service: Ms Device Manager Services (mscfcosd) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mscfco.exe (file missing)

Any help appreciated

Thanks in advance

This is not the correct forum for HJT logs or reviewing entries from HJT logs. Our HJT team members are the only ones to do so
