When I start my pc, it's shown a pop up message

Explorer.exe _ Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

I don't known what application I must to reinstall. Actually, I can access to the toolbars windows after clicking on this banner.
Plz help me fix it
Thank you

If Hamluis suggestion does not work, try a windows repair, that will reapply the original files to where they need to be and to their correct state.
