I have windows xp. service pack 3.
My computer freezes completely and unexpectedly almost every time I use it. All i can do than is shut it down manually.

When I start up my computer I get a lot of errors that pop up. Most of mention something about wbem. When I tried to install some programs I got the message: "c:\windows\system32\wbem is corrupt and unreadable please run chkdsk utility"

Can u help? I googled it and got nowhere. I did registry cleanings with ccleaners and aml free registry cleaner but to no avail.

Thanks for helping.

Please make sure the syntax is correct. I really can't see why you would have wbam installed. Is this a work computer? Have you run chkdsk?

By any chance do you have a HP 3055 one all series printer and it's asscociated drivers installed?
