Hi ! My name is Andy and I am NOT really proficient with a com-puter YES I can e-mail and buy stuff on eBay but there my expertise stops. In fact I am having some problem wending my way through these instructions. I have a 5 year old HP Pavillion kinda slow computer thaqt came preloaded with the OS and with Microsoft Office WOrd Edition 2003 and I cannot access this WORD program the mesage keeps saying enter Product Code and Product Key. Since this all came installed I cannot find this information. All calls to both Microsoft and Hewlet Packard are met with a $50.00 charge to access something I paid for and should be able to use. SO is there anyway I can get the product code and product key without the $50.00 charge or better yet is there anyway I can bypass and get directly to the WORD program.

 to Bleeping Computer

The only thing i could personally suggest would be to have a look at any documents still lying around (if any after 5years) or have a look at any stickers on the PC Tower or any installations CD's that you may still have.
