What are they? And can one just pick one off the internet and use it safely? And by safely I mean, safe from Big Brother.
No, I am not planning on using one, but it's been something I wonder about these days since so many means of communication are monitored in different ways.
intelligence has far fewer practical applications than I thought.

Perhaps I should add that I personally have minor conspiracy issues :thumbsup: , and I tend to be cynical.
