how do i get rid of ULTIMATE ANTI-VIRUS 2008?

ok the problem is im terrible with computers and now weve got this ULTIMATE ANTI-VIRUS 2008 thing on it aparently its a spyware i dont know but ive gone into the control panel an uninstalled it but it keeps popping up....does anyone know how to get rid of it for good?

EDIT: Just noticed what forum you posted in. Malwarebytes works in Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 Server/Vista . If you have an OS other than those use Super Antispyware Free to remove the malware.

SUPERAntiSpyware.com software is compatible with Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP Home/Professional, 2003, and Vista.

After installing SAS and updating it, reboot into "safe mode" and run a scan in safe mode. Allow it to remove all that it finds.
