how to use, anonymously, google groups?

how can i post and reply to messages in google groups?
i dont want others to see my mail

According to the google group's help page

If you'd like to continue posting, you may want to use an anonymous email address. We do require a valid email address to post to Google Groups, so if you'd prefer that your normal email address not be sent with your posts, we encourage you to sign up for a separate email account.
